Refund Policy
At IyonicPay, our platform facilitates peer-to-peer (user-to-user) transactions. Because of this model, refund policies depend on the agreement between the two users involved in the transaction.
User-to-User Refunds
- Users are encouraged to communicate and resolve refund requests directly.
- The sender and receiver must agree before any refund is initiated.
- Refunds are not guaranteed unless both users confirm the issue.
Dispute Resolution
If a serious issue arises, users can contact our IyonicPay Admin to step in and resolve the matter. Our team will review transaction records, communication, and any evidence before making a final decision.
Disputes must be reported within 24 hours of the transaction to be considered for intervention.
⚠️ Warning: Invalid Refunds & Scams
Any attempt to request false refunds, scam other users, or manipulate the refund system will lead to immediate account suspension, investigation, and permanent ban from IyonicPay.
- Do not attempt to reverse legitimate payments fraudulently.
- All scam activities are logged and reported to the proper authorities.
- Your IP address and transaction history will be monitored for abusive behavior.
Payment Requests: For Payers & Users
At IyonicPay, we value fairness and accountability in every transaction. While we encourage users to resolve issues directly, we understand that some situations require extra support.
For Payers
If you've made a payment in error or feel the service/product was not delivered as promised, you may request a refund by contacting our support team within 24 hours of the transaction.
Please include the following for faster processing:
- Recipient Username
- Reason for Request
- Any supporting evidence (e.g., screenshots, chat logs)
For Users (Recipients)
If you’ve received a payment and the payer initiates a refund, we will contact you for confirmation. Refunds will only be processed once both parties agree or if evidence justifies intervention.
Refusal to respond or cooperate may result in administrative action depending on the context of the dispute.
🕒 Note: All refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of the transaction. Requests made after this window may not be considered.
